Mecanic Systems is a dynamic SME that has been operating since 1978 in sheet metal work and mechanical welding, mainly in the subcontracting market. We need reinforcements, and that could be you!
We are seeking a TIG – MIG – Laser welder to join our team.
Function :
- Operate a welding machine completely independently.
- Work with different materials: steel, aluminium, stainless steel.
- You will be required to use different welding processes: MIG, TIG, laser and spot welding.
- Ensure that you are working in the best conditions to achieve a high-quality result: use of a template, proper assembly and fixing on welding tables, etc.
- Check the quality of the weld; you are responsible for the quality and compliance of the parts produced with the customer's specifications.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements in terms of finish and tolerances. Master grinding and sanding techniques.
- Maintain constant dialogue with the programming department in order to improve quality and production time, or suggest corrections and improvements.
Your profile :
You have :
- Basic training in welding or professional experience.
- Excellent technical drawing skills and good 3D vision.
- Proficiency in using measuring instruments (caliper, tape measure).
- Flexibility to work two shifts.
- A young and dynamic spirit.
- A desire to progress within the company and learn.
- Rigour, discipline, a positive attitude and a taste for meticulous work.
