Sheet metal rolling allows the production of curved parts, cylinders, and other metal profiles. This process transforms flat sheets into cylindrical or curved shapes, regardless of the material used: steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass...

Mecanic Systems has been equipped for rolling for over 20 years. Our expertise enables us to produce curved metal parts with precision and quality.

We have two sheet metal rollers capable of performing precise and varied bends:

Lisse roller (2 rollers):

  • Maximum length: 1500 mm.
  • Maximum thickness: 3 mm.
  • Capable of bending heavily perforated parts, ideal for complex shapes.

The 2-roll rolling process usually requires the use of steel or nylon mandrels. We have a large collection of diameters.

Luna roller (4 rollers):

  • Maximum length: 2000 mm.
  • Minimum inner diameter: 135 mm.
  • Full programming to produce bent parts of different diameters on the same profile.

Varied applications.

Sheet metal rolling is particularly suited for creating:

  • Curved machine covers.
  • Curved machine components.
  • Cylinders for tanks or ducts.

Curved metal structures for specific projects.

We ensure strict control of the rolling process using control templates that replicate the desired profile.
