At Mecanic Systems, we offer bending solutions tailored to your needs: manual and robotic.
This process allows for metal deformation without rupture, achieving precise and varied shapes.
Thanks to our high-performance equipment, we ensure optimal precision for parts of all sizes and thicknesses.
Robotic bending: a cutting-edge solution.

Robotic bending is designed for repetitive production runs and large series. Our cell allows us to bend parts with maximum dimensions of 500 x 380 mm. This process ensures high reliability and is particularly well-suited for situations of high workload or labor shortages.
Key benefits:
- Systematic control of shape and thickness before each bend.
- Improved productivity through the use of two robots.
- An efficient solution for tight deadlines.
Manual bending :
Our 12 press brakes, suitable for a wide range of projects, allow us to bend parts from 0.5 mm to 15 mm in various materials: steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and brass.

A diverse equipment range :
- Presses ranging from 36 T to 170 T, with a maximum length of 3 m.
- 8 hydraulic presses and 4 electric presses.
- Advanced technologies: automatic angle control (Easy Form, ACB Wireless) to ensure high precision.
Quick programming and flexibility :
Thanks to software like Cadman-B and TruTops Boost, our teams ensure fast and efficient back-office programming. Furthermore, our wide range of bending tools, some of which are manufactured in-house, allows us to meet specific and complex needs.

Table bending.
This method involves clamping the part before bending, allowing for executions that are impossible with conventional press brakes.
Characteristics:
- Ideal for heavily perforated parts, small bends, or close-angled bending.
- Maximum length of 2540 mm and thickness up to 4.5 mm for steel.
