Depending on your requirements and the size of the parts, Mecanic Systems offers various solutions for finishing your parts: deburring, edge rounding, brushing, tribofinishing, sandblasting, grinding, and flattening. This range of techniques meets the demands of the most demanding industries.
Deburring, edge rounding, and brushing.
Depending on the materials used, the size of the parts, and the desired visual appearance, we use different machines:
Combined deburring machine VG CT650 K.
- Width: 650 mm.
- Features: Simultaneous deburring and brushing.
Rotary deburring machine Löwer DiscMaster.
- Width: 1000 mm.
- Features: Deburring and edge rounding.
- This deburring machine is perfect for obtaining softened edges.
Rotary deburring machine Fladder 200/Gyro.
- Width: 1000 to 1200 mm.
- Features: Deburring and edge rounding.
- This deburring machine is a 'must' for rounding edges, also for parts with films and/or embossing. It is the preferred machine for the aerospace industry.
- It provides a highly appreciated surface finish for aesthetic parts.
Blasting booth.
This blasting booth is used for cleaning and stripping stainless steel parts, or for achieving a satin-finish aesthetic on stainless steel (or non-ferrous metals like aluminum).
It can be used with glass beads or other abrasives.

Tribofinishing for small parts.
For small parts, we use a vibrating bowl that allows for careful deburring and polishing, ensuring consistent quality.
Manual grinding.
The finishing of welded assemblies is done manually in two dedicated grinding booths.
These booths are equipped with enhanced lighting to allow for meticulous work on aesthetic parts and a wet vacuum system for the well-being of the operators.
Flattening.
To meet your flatness requirements, we have a planer with the following capabilities:
Width: 750 mm.
Thickness: Up to 8 mm.
This process guarantees a flat surface that meets your specifications.
