Mecanic Systems is a dynamic SME that has been operating since 1978 in sheet metal work and mechanical welding, mainly in the subcontracting market. We need reinforcements, and that could be you!
Function :
- You operate a CNC laser or punching machine completely independently. You are responsible for starting up and adjusting the machine: loading tools, cutting parameters such as gas pressure, cutting speed, focal length, etc.
- You check the quality of the cut and are responsible for the quality and conformity of the parts produced with the customer's specifications.
- You anticipate and report any machine anomalies.
- You are in constant communication with the programming department in order to improve quality and production time.
- You perform weekly maintenance on the machine, replacing filters, cleaning lenses, sharpening tools, etc. If you are motivated and committed to a job well done, please contact us!
Profile :
You have:
- Training in general mechanics or electromechanics (humanities) or vocational training (7th year)
- A good foundation in reading technical drawings.
- Proficiency in using measuring instruments (caliper, tape measure, angle comparator).
- Flexibility to work 2-3 shifts.
- A young and dynamic spirit.
- A desire to progress within the company and learn.
- Rigour, discipline, a positive attitude and a taste for meticulous work.
